Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options

• Free UK Delivery on all orders over £20.
• Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
• Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to product contents or Gorilla Bongs on the outside of the parcel.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses.

Delays

While we aim to meet our delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues or circumstances beyond our control. Gorilla Bongs cannot accept liability for delays outside our control.
