How to cancel your order?




  • Start by logging into your account which you created the order on.

  • Choose the order you would like to cancel and click on the 'Cancel' button.

  • It's always a good idea to let us know why you have cancelled in the box provided.


Your order will be cancelled and given you haven't paid, there's nothing for you to worry about.




If we have processed your payment but your order has not shipped, please get in touch so we can organise the refund for you.






If your order has arrived but you'd still like to cancel the order and receive a refund, we will need you to return the order first before we can process the refund.
